- remove-ancient-changelog.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ipx: remove ancient changelog
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     remove-ancient-changelog.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
