The patch titled
     Subject: [PATCH] Make hvc_console.c compile on non-powerpc: Remove NO_IRQ
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     make-hvc_consolec-compile-on-non-powerpc-remove-no_irq.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Paulus preferred this over #defining NO_IRQ in the file, since that's
0 for powerpc anyway.
