The patch titled
     drivers/isdn/gigaset/: build asyncdata.o into the gigaset module
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-isdn-gigaset-build-asyncdatao-into-the-gigaset-module.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
