- lockdep-annotate-blkpg_del_partition.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     lockdep: annotate BLKPG_DEL_PARTITION
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lockdep-annotate-blkpg_del_partition.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Annotate BLKPG_DEL_PARTITION's bd_mutex locking and add a little comment
clarifying the bd_mutex locking, because I confused myself and initially
thought the lock order was wrong too.
