- loosen-dependancy-on-rtc-cmos.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     loosen dependancy on rtc cmos
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     loosen-dependancy-on-rtc-cmos.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
