The patch titled
     update Doc/oops-tracing.txt for TAINT_USER (fix)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     update-doc-oops-tracingtxt-for-taint_user-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into update-doc-oops-tracingtxt-for-taint_user.patch
