- ecryptfs-fix-forgotten-format-specifier.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ecryptfs: fix forgotten format specifier
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ecryptfs-fix-forgotten-format-specifier.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
