- hrtimers-namespace-and-enum-cleanup-vs-git-input.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     hrtimers: namespace and enum cleanup vs. git-input
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hrtimers-namespace-and-enum-cleanup-vs-git-input.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into hrtimers-namespace-and-enum-cleanup.patch
