- fix-misspelled-usbnet_mii-kernel-config-option.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Fix misspelled "USBNET_MII" kernel config option.
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-misspelled-usbnet_mii-kernel-config-option.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
