- pcmcia-some-class_device-fallout.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pcmcia: some class_device fallout
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pcmcia-some-class_device-fallout.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

I only looked at how original patch changes things and other patches fix
