The patch titled
sysctl: register the sysctl number used by the arlan driver
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
sysctl-register-the-sysctl-number-used-by-the-arlan-driver.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
