- sysctl-c99-convert-ctl_tables-in-arch-x86_64-mm-initc.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     sysctl: C99 convert ctl_tables in arch/x86_64/mm/init.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sysctl-c99-convert-ctl_tables-in-arch-x86_64-mm-initc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
