The patch titled
     sysctl: C99 Convert arch/ia64/sn/kernel/xpc_main.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sysctl-c99-convert-arch-ia64-sn-kernel-xpc_mainc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
