has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
sysctl-md-remove-unnecessary-insert_at_head-flag.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The sysctls used by the md driver are have unique binary numbers so remove the
insert_at_head flag as it serves no useful purpose.
