has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
sysctl-c99-convert-ctl_tables-in-ntfs-and-remove-sys_sysctl-support-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into sysctl-c99-convert-ctl_tables-in-ntfs-and-remove-sys_sysctl-support.patch
