- tgafb-sync-on-green-support-fixes.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     tgafb: sync-on-green support fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     tgafb-sync-on-green-support-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This sets up the deep register of the TGA ASIC as well as the blank pedestal
of the Bt463 RAMDAC correctly for the sync-on-green mode.
