The patch titled
     kprobes-list-all-active-probes-in-the-system-tidy
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kprobes-list-all-active-probes-in-the-system-tidy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kprobes-list-all-active-probes-in-the-system.patch
