The patch titled
     Remove references to obsolete kernel config option DEBUG_RWSEMS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     remove-references-to-obsolete-kernel-config-option-debug_rwsems.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
