Subject: Get rid of "double zeroing" of allocated pages
From: "Robert P. J. Day" <rpjday@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Simplify the few instances where a call to "get_zeroed_page()" is closely
followed by an unnecessary call to memset() to clear that page.
