- char-moxa-do-not-initialize-global-static.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Char: moxa, do not initialize global static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-moxa-do-not-initialize-global-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
