- uml-lock-the-irqs_to_free-list.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml: lock the irqs_to_free list
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-lock-the-irqs_to_free-list.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
