The patch titled
     BUG at net/sunrpc/svc.c:128
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     replace-highest_possible_node_id-with-nr_node_ids-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into replace-highest_possible_node_id-with-nr_node_ids.patch

The svc_pool_map_init_percpu() should get maxpool from the number of online
cpus, not the number of nodes.  The following BUG is triggered when we try
to check if the cpu index is smaller than the number of nodes.  (The system
is multi cpu, single node).
