The patch titled
     wistron button support for fujitsu-siemens Amilo D88x0
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     wistron-button-support-for-fujitsu-siemens-amilo-d88x0.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
