The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     md-fix-various-bugs-with-aligned-reads-in-raid5-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into md-fix-various-bugs-with-aligned-reads-in-raid5.patch
