The patch titled
     ia64: Enable SWIOTLB only when needed
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ia64-enable-swiotlb-only-when-needed.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Don't force CONFIG_SWIOTLB on when not actually needed (i.e. HP_ZX1 and
