The patch titled
     Rename IPW2100 debugging macros to not look like config options
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     rename-ipw2100-debugging-macros-to-not-look-like-config.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
