- maintainers-ufs-entry.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     MAINTAINERS: ufs entry
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-ufs-entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
