The patch titled
     UCC Ether driver: kmalloc casting cleanups
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ucc-ether-driver-kmalloc-casting-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
