The patch titled
     user ns fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     user-ns-add-user_namespace-ptr-to-vfsmount-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into user-ns-add-user_namespace-ptr-to-vfsmount.patch
