The patch titled
videobuf_qbuf: fix videobuf_queue->stream corruption and lockup
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
videobuf_qbuf-fix-possible-videobuf_queue-stream-corruption-and-lockup.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

We are doing ->buf_prepare(buf) before adding buf to q->stream list. This
means that videobuf_qbuf() should not try to re-add a STATE_PREPARED buffer.
