The patch titled
     forcedeth: tx data path optimization
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     forcedeth-tx-data-path-optimization.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Optimize the tx data paths and cleans up the code (removes vlan from descr1/2
since only valid for desc3, changes to make code easier to read, etc).
