- atiixpc-add-cable-detection-support-for-ati-ide.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     atiixp.c: add cable detection support for ATI IDE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     atiixpc-add-cable-detection-support-for-ati-ide.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

IDE HDD does not work if it uses a 40-pin PATA cable on ATI chipset.
