- atiixpc-remove-unused-code.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     atiixp.c: remove unused code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     atiixpc-remove-unused-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

A previous patch to atiixp.c was removed but some code has not been
cleaned. Now we remove these code sine they are no use any longer.
