The patch titled
     forcedeth: optimized routines
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     forcedeth-optimized-routines.patch

See http://www.zip.com.au/~akpm/linux/patches/stuff/added-to-mm.txt to find
out what to do about this

------------------------------------------------------
Subject: forcedeth: optimized routines
From: Ayaz Abdulla <aabdulla@xxxxxxxxxx>

Break up the routines into two versions, one for legacy descriptor versions
(ver 1 and ver 2) and one for desc ver 3. This will make the new desc
functions more leaner and further reductions will be made in next few patches.
