The patch titled
     JSM_TTY: kmalloc->kzalloc/Casting cleanups
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     jsm_tty-kmalloc-kzalloc-casting-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was a dupe
