- unionfs-handling-of-stale-inodes.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     unionfs: handling of stale inodes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     unionfs-handling-of-stale-inodes.patch

This patch was dropped because I'll use the git tree
