The patch titled
     KVM: MMU: Make the shadow page tables also special-case pae
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvm-mmu-make-the-shadow-page-tables-also-special-case-pae.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
