The patch titled
     fix-vm_events_fold_cpu-build-breakage-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-vm_events_fold_cpu-build-breakage-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fix-vm_events_fold_cpu-build-breakage.patch
