The patch titled
     usb serial: add support for Novatel S720/U720 CDMA/EV-DO modems
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-serial-add-support-for-novatel-s720-u720-cdma-ev-do.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
