[merged mm-stable] powerpc-assert_pte_locked-use-pte_offset_map_ro_nolock.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: powerpc: assert_pte_locked() use pte_offset_map_ro_nolock()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-assert_pte_locked-use-pte_offset_map_ro_nolock.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

In assert_pte_locked(), we just get the ptl and assert if it was already
held, so convert it to using pte_offset_map_ro_nolock().
