[merged mm-hotfixes-stable] mailmap-update-email-addresses.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mailmap: update Jarkko's email addresses
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mailmap-update-email-addresses.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Remove my previous work email, and the new one.  The previous was never
used in the commit log, so there's no good reason to spare it.
