The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: new follow_pfnmap API
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-new-follow_pfnmap-api.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Introduce a pair of APIs to follow pfn mappings to get entry information. 
It's very similar to what follow_pte() does before, but different in that
it recognizes huge pfn mappings.
