[merged mm-stable] mm-make-use-of-the-helper-macro-list_head.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmalloc.c: make use of the helper macro LIST_HEAD()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-make-use-of-the-helper-macro-list_head.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

list_head can be initialized automatically with LIST_HEAD() instead of
calling INIT_LIST_HEAD().  Here we can simplify the code.
