[merged mm-stable] docs-damon-maintainer-profile-add-links-in-place.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: Docs/damon/maintainer-profile: add links in place
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     docs-damon-maintainer-profile-add-links-in-place.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

maintainer-profile.rst for DAMON separates the links and target
definitions.  It is not really necessary, and only makes the readability
worse.  At least the definitions need the section title (say,
"References").  Just add the links in place on the doc.
