[merged mm-stable] mm-munmap-replace-can_modify_mm-with-can_modify_vma.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/munmap: replace can_modify_mm with can_modify_vma
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-munmap-replace-can_modify_mm-with-can_modify_vma.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

We were doing an extra mmap tree traversal just to check if the entire
range is modifiable.  This can be done when we iterate through the VMAs
instead.
