[merged mm-nonmm-stable] mm-make-use-of-str_true_false-helper.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: make use of str_true_false helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-make-use-of-str_true_false-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

The helper str_true_false() was introduced to return "true/false" string
literal.  We can simplify this format by str_true_false.
