The patch titled
     knfsd: Don't ignore kstrdup failure in rpc caches
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     knfsd-dont-ignore-kstrdup-failure-in-rpc-caches.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
