The patch titled
     lockdep: clean up VERY_VERBOSE define
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lockdep-clean-up-very_verbose-define.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Cleanup: the VERY_VERBOSE define was unnecessarily dependent on #ifdef VERBOSE
- while the VERBOSE switch is 0 or 1 (always defined).
