The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_HUGEPD
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-config_arch_has_hugepd.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

powerpc was the only user of CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_HUGEPD and doesn't use it
anymore, so remove all related code.
