[merged mm-stable] udmabuf-add-config_mmu-dependency.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: udmabuf: add CONFIG_MMU dependency
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     udmabuf-add-config_mmu-dependency.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

There is no !CONFIG_MMU version of vmf_insert_pfn():
